The Adventures of Johnny Bunko

So I visited my local book store one day this week on my way home from work and picked up a few books. One book on the front table caught my eye as I first walked in (guess that day's staff did a good job since I picked it up right away). The Adventures of Johnny Bunko is an interesting mix of career advise and Manga, the Japanese word for comics. Even at 160 pages, the book was a very quick read, finishing it in under 30 minutes. 6 career lessons were covered in the book:

  1. There is no plan
  2. Think strengths, not weaknesses
  3. It's not about you
  4. Persistence trumps talent
  5. Make excellent mistakes
  6. Leave an imprint

I'd highly recommend this book to anyone in Generation Y or the Millennium Generation. Check out the trailer for the book below (since when do books have trailers?).
